Malpensa Bus Express
The Malpensa Bus Express buses are operated by Autostradale and depart from Terminal 1 (stops 1, 2, and 3, in front of Gate 4) or Terminal 2 (stops 1, 2, and 3).
The journey to Milan takes between 50 minutes and 1 hour. Before stopping at Milano Centrale Station, the buses make an additional stop at Piazzale Lotto upon request.

Caronte buses also connect Malpensa Airport with Milano Centrale Station.
2. Train

The stations are as follows: Malpensa Terminal 2 - Malpensa Terminal 1 - Ferno-Lonate Pozzolo - Busto Arsizio FN - Castellanza - Rescaldina - Saronno - Milano Bovisa Politecnico - Milano Cadorna - Milano Porta Garibaldi - Milano Centrale.
The journey from the airport to Milano Centrale Station takes approximately 1 hour.
